ServerList 1.3.0 adds DNS TXT server ownership verification and includes several usability, hostname handling, and claim safety improvements.

- Added DNS TXT as an alternative method for verifying server ownership.
- DNS TXT verification tokens remain valid for 24 hours.
- Minecraft MOTD ownership verification remains available.
- Improved hostname handling so case and trailing-dot differences do not unnecessarily reset ownership.
- Improved claim finalization safety when a server becomes hidden or unapproved during verification.
- Fixed the brief light theme flash that could occur while pages were loading.
- Added a “See all servers” link below the Top Servers section on the homepage.
